Our services include AI Voice Agents designed to assist with various tasks. By using these AI Voice Agents, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The AI Voice Agents are automated systems that provide information and responses based on predefined algorithms and data. They are not human and do not possess consciousness or intent.
• While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the AI Voice Agents, we do not warrant that they will be error-free or that the information provided will be complete or suitable for your specific needs.
• Any reliance you place on the AI Voice Agents' outputs is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from such reliance.
• You agree not to hold ApexyAI liable for any decisions made based on interactions with the AI Voice Agents.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI Voice Agents at any time without prior notice.
• Users must not use the AI Voice Agents for illegal activities or to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

5.1 Disclaimer

ApexyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related matters.

5.2 Limitation Amount

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve months preceding any claim.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of ApexyAI and its licensors.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
